Built from conviction, not timing.
Mousumi Bhattacharjee is the Founder & CEO of SPOESS, a company built from her vision of creating something of her own and making technology more accessible to businesses.
For much of her life, Mousumi was a homemaker, dedicating her time and energy to her family. While she had not followed a conventional corporate career, she continued to hold the ambition of building and leading a company of her own.
At the age of 50, she decided to turn that ambition into reality and founded SPOESS.
Her vision for SPOESS is rooted in fairness and accessibility. She believes that technology and professional services should not be limited to large organisations with significant resources. Businesses of different sizes should be able to access practical solutions that are feasible for their circumstances and genuinely useful to the work they do.
Today, Mousumi leads SPOESS with the intention of building a company that remains approachable, responsible, and practical while growing into a capable technology organisation.
